Badging and Fingerprinting Office

INTRODUCTION

The Piedmont Triad International Airport ID Badging office is a security oriented operation that requires all personnel with authority to sign for badges to understand all the requirements as well as forms that are required.  Below are the forms and requirements necessary to have an applicant complete the process for a Piedmont Triad International Airport ID badge of any type. (Fingerprinting process)

Airport Authority ID Badging Office schedule is as follows: 

Badges Issued:            

  • Monday           9:00 a.m.  to  12 noon
  •                         1:00 p.m. to  4:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday           9:00 a.m. to 12 noon
  •                         1:00 p.m. to  4:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday  Closed
  • Thursday          1:00 p.m. to  4:00 p.m.
  • Friday              9:00 p.m. to  12 noon
  •                         1:00 p.m. to  4:00 p.m.
 
Fingerprinting Hours:        
  • Monday           9:00 a.m. to  12 noon
  •                         1:00 p.m. to  4:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday           9:00 a.m.  to  12 noon
  •                         1:00 p.m.  to  4:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday      9:00 a.m.  to 12 noon
  •                         1:00 p.m.  to  4:00 p.m.
  • Thursday          9:00 a.m.   to 12 noon

SIGNATORY: A SIGNER OF A DOCUMENT

Specific Signatory Responsibilities

Signatories are the primary link, on a day-to-day basis, between the ID Badging Office and their respective companies. They are also responsible for the following:

  • Understanding the ID badging process
  • Providing employees with proper ID Badge forms
  • Ensuring the proper completion of forms and that all ID badge forms are  properly signed before being sent to ID badging
  • Setting up fingerprint appointments for employee (Call 336-665-5689 or 336-665-5699)
  • Making sure employees have proper paper work and ID when coming for fingerprinting process 
NOTE:  Company employees who report to ID Badging office without required forms, signatures, IDs, etc, will be referred back to their company signatories for this information. 

Renewals/Signatories should issue employee the green Request to Reissue form thirty (30) days prior to their ID Badge expiration date to submit to the ID Badging office to obtain a renewed ID Badge. (If the ID Badge has expired beyond 180 days, a new Badge application form is required.)

Companies may delete the signatories they authorize at any time, at their discretion.   

The ID Badging Office must be notified immediately of the departure of any authorized signatory, whether due to resignation, reassignment or termination.
